Brian A. Anderson, 62, of rural Waltham, Minnesota, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at his farm in rural Waltham.

Brian Alfred Anderson was born April 17, 1956, in Austin, Minnesota, to Cecil and June (Brandt) Anderson. He graduated with the Hayfield High School Class of 1974. After high school, Brian farmed with his father. He later returned to school for welding and worked in that field on various area jobs. Brian was employed with Cedar Valley Services in Austin for the last 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, watching sports, and playing golf in his younger days. He dearly loved his loyal dog Lexi!

Brian is survived by his sister, Paulette (Dave) Esse of Austin; niece, Becky Boser of Austin; nephew, Brad (Lindsey) Boser of Northfield, Minnesota; great-nieces and nephews, Ava, Mateo, Alexa, Miles, Makaden, Jaeden, and Jaylee; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by parents; and grandparents, Alfred and Clara Anderson and Peter and Tina Madson.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Monday, July 2, 2018, at Worlein Funeral Home in Austin. Private interment will be in the Waltham Cemetery in rural Waltham. Condolences may be expressed to the family online at www.worlein.com.
