Tuyen Quang Nguyen, 55, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $100 in fines.
Leh Reh, 25, of Austin was sentenced to two days in jail by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours.
