—Kieth Eugene Anderson, 29, of Austin was sentenced to 23 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony violation of order for protection. He must pay $85 in fines.
—Darren Paul Bangs, 52, of Glenville was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Kritzer for felony issuing a dishonored check. He must follow one condition and pay $100 in fines.
He received a concurrent sentence of one year of probation from Kritzer for felony theft by false representation. He must follow one condition.
—Patricia Jane Boonreuang, 23, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession-not a small amount of marijuana. She must perform 50 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines.
—Kristina Arlene Broszeit, 36, of Postville, Iowa, was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. She must serve two years of probation and follow several conditions. She received credit for 63 days served. She received a concurrent sentence of two years from Kritzer for gross misdemeanor second-degree DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test of blood or urine as required by a search warrant. She must follow several conditions and pay $160 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for 63 days served.
—Bradley Thomas Bush, 37, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $200 in fines.
—Melissa Ann Frost, 39, of Shakopee received an amended sentence of 12 months and one day in prison from Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession-not a small amount of marijuana. She must pay $185 in fines.
—Felipe Grimaldo, 22, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service and follow several conditions.
—Brandon Lee Ingersoll, 33, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree burglary. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $1,361 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of two years of probation for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions.
