—Afoua Berthe Adzewoda, 48, of Austin was sentenced to 90 days in jail by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor fourth-degree assault of a vulnerable adult. She must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines.

She was convicted of gross misdemeanor criminal abuse of a vulnerable adult; however, no sentence was pronounced on that conviction.

—Tah Dah Chit, 24, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.

—Billy Gean Garrett Jr., 49, of Faribault was sentenced to 62 months in prison by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony first-degree DWI-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must pay $85 in fines.

—Brandon Lee Ingersoll, 33, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony third-degree burglary. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 124 days served.

—Dakota Ray Janning, 21, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.

—Matthew Ryan McMahan, 36, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Christa M. Daily for gross misdemeanor domestic assault-subsequent violation. He must perform 45 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $535 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. He received credit for three days served.

—Chad Lee Morgan, 44, of Austin was sentenced to 62 months in prison by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony DWI-operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 49 months in prison from Siefken for felony third-degree possession of 10 grams or more of methamphetamine.

—Tamara Jane Olson, 35, of Brownsdale was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Kevin Siefken for felony possession of burglary or theft tools. She must follow several conditions and pay $148.65 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 17 months in prison. She received credit for 39 days served. She received a concurrent sentence of two years probation from Siefken for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of her license-inimical to public safety. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail. She received credit for 61 days served. She received another concurrent sentence of five years of probation from Siefken for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 13 months in prison. She received credit for 58 days served. She received another concurrent sentence of three years of probation from Siefken for gross misdemeanor giving a false name/date of birth to a peace officer. She must follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for 58 days served.
