Domingo Garza Jr., 35, of Fonda, Iowa, was sentenced to 57 months in prison by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony first-degree DWI-refuse to submit to a breath test.

Alexandra Catherine Haley, 22, of Mankato was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor fifth-degree drug possession. She must follow several conditions.

Adam Robert Soiney, 18, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. He received credit for 90 days served.
