PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

VENTURA FOODS, LLC, a rapidly growing oil processor, and manufacturer of margarines located in southern Minnesota, seeks an individual interested in developing their career as a 3rd shift Production Supervisor. As a Production Supervisor, you are accountable for quality and quantity of production, effective use of production hours, skills, equipment, and facilities.

Bachelors degree or equivalent supervisory training or experience as a front-line supervisor in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated ability to effectively lead people. Excellent human relation skills, strong mechanical background, and experience in the food industry or similar industry are preferred. Knowledge of GMPs, sanitation, and union relations is helpful.
