Our next aging mastery program (AMP) will be at 2 p.m. on Tuesday.

This class is on Healthy Eating and Hydration. Nutrionist Linda Baumann is the speaker and this class is always one of the favorites.

This class includes how to read labels at the grocery store, My Plate information and healthy food ideas with samples. If you would like to attend this class, please call Teresa at 1-507-481-3332.

Tour of Italy

Join us for a Tour of Italy at noon on Friday, Sept. 21. Enjoy a mixed green salad, lasagna, garlic toast and finish it off with a true Italian favorite, tiramisu. Cost for Members is $9 and non Members $10. Sara will have the program this time.

She will have pictures from Italy, where she has visited, and share information about the area.

Don’t forget our coffee shop where every day you can have homemade soup for $1 and sandwich for 50 cents. Tuesday we are having Tator Tot Hotdish in the coffee shop for only $2. You are always welcome at the center.
