—Cuyler James Cummings, 32, of Mapleview was sentenced to 120 days in jail by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony first-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. The sentence will be served as 90 days in 2018 and 30 days in 2019. Kritzer also gave him a staggered sentence of 180 days in jail to be served in 30-day increments every years from 2020-25, though they may be waived if certain conditions are met. He must serve seven years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison.
—Bridget Ann Fodness, 40, of Austin was sentenced to 10 years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony financial exploitation of vulnerable adults-breach of fiduciary obligation. She must follow several conditions and pay $19,627.81 in fines. She received credit for two days served.
—Michael Charles Frost, 30, of Rochester was sentenced to five years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.
—Gregory Dean Green, 57, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for two days served.
—Jade Allen Okland, 24, of Lake Mills, Iowa, was sentenced to 15 years of probation by Judge Jeffrey Kritzer for felony violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition. He must perform 120 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 60 months in prison. He received credit for 180 days served.
—Jessika Tyler Stucky, 26, of Spring Valley was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. She received credit for 26 days served.
