The Southland volleyball team lost to Dover-Eyota (2-8 overall) by scores of 15-25, 25-14, 25-17, 25-16 on the road Thursday.

Lexi Smith had six kills in the loss for the Rebels (0-9 overall, 0-5 Three Rivers).

“We played really well tonight,” Southland head coach Lisa Hovde said. “The girls made less errors and passed the ball more on target. We were aggressive at the net. I’m so proud of the huge improvement tonight on the court.”
