Austin police are looking for an individual responsible for spray painting a North Main Street business over the weekend.
According to Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger, officers responded to a call at 9:03 a.m. on Monday from a business located in the 1200 block of North Main Street. The caller reported that the back siding of the building had been spray painted with what appeared to be gray or light black paint.
Krueger said large letters were spray painted on the building; however, they were illegible and unclear.
Police have no suspects at this time. Krueger said the responsible party could potentially face criminal damage to property charges.
