At 2 p.m. on Tuesday is our next aging mastery program (AMP). This class is on Advanced Planning. Mary Kittleson from Worleins is the speaker. It’s not something we like to think about, but it’s a reality of life: Every one of us faces the possibility of serious illness.

In addition to the direct impact on your health, serious illness often means that others might need to make health care and financial decisions on your behalf. In this course, we’ll discuss the importance of planning for serious illness in advance, and we’ll present you with a range of tools that are readily available to help you plan ahead. No matter what age you are you are never too old to learn.

If you are, interested in attending this or either of these interesting and informative classes please stop by the Senior Center or call 433-2370 to sign up.

Don’t forget our coffee shop where every day you can have homemade soup for $1 and sandwich for 50 cents. Tuesday we are having tator tot hotdish in the coffee shop for only $2.
