Four world-renowned hoofers and their swingin’ eight-piece band inject the signature Rhythmic Circus style of rapid-fire tap into upbeat holiday classics.

Rhythmic Circus dancers will also conduct a free master dance class for ages 12 and older at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Paramount. Learn the joy of making rhythm with your feet at this high-energy class. Space is limited to 25 dancers. There is no cost but due to limited space, registration is required at www.austinareaarts.org.

•Pianist Lorie Line returns to the Paramount at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 10.

Her 2018 Holiday Extravaganza will bring the true meaning of Christmas to Austin. This year’s theme, “Lord Of Lords,” is a sequel to last year’s “Best Ever” show. Ms. Line will bring her Pop Chamber Orchestra, a guest vocalist and her concert grand piano to the stage. Make plans now to celebrate Christmas and the birth of our Savior with Lorie Line and her Pop Chamber Orchestra.

•Based on the incredible performance in 2017, SimpleGifts with Billy McLaughlin is bringing their 2018 Christmastide Holiday Tour back to Austin at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16.

Joining SimpleGfits on stage will be the Riverland Choir with faculty and alumni guests for unique, modern arrangements of your favorite hymns and carols. Expect violin, Celtic whistle and bagpipes, piano, acoustic guitar and percussion with angelic three part female vocals to create a modern Old-World sound. Seen by over 20,000 live audience members last season, this group continues to grow in popularity throughout the Upper Midwest.

•Matchbox Childrens’ Theatre presents “Charlie Brown Christmas” on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, Dec. 7, 8 and 9. This classic holiday story features Finn LaVallie as Charlie Brown, Andie Lewis as Snoopy, Jadon Fimon as Linus, Nikki Phillips as Lucy, Taylor Hinrichs as Sally, Nathan Martinson as Schroeder, Madison Branchaud as Patty, Abe Phillips as Pig Pen, Ryan Capp as Frieda, Peytyn Johnson as Violet and Kollin Miller as Shermy.
