—Nicholas Michael Douglas, 20, of Houston was sentenced to five years of probation for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct-sexual penetration-victim 13-15-actor more than 24 months older. He must follow several conditions and pay $635 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 20 months in prison. He received credit for one day served.
—Bobbe Steven Edward Dulitz, 28, of Mound was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor theft. He must follow a few conditions and pay $1,340 in fines.
—Paul Thomas Gartner, 47, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
—Jacob Norman Kerska, 28, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 100 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. He received credit for 41 days served.
—Bruce Edward Oakland, 59, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow a few conditions.
—Ricky Allen Severtson, 67, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor user of a controlled substance possessing a firearm. He must follow a few conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 365 days in jail.
—Erick Scott Ulland, 30, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation for felony fourth-degree assault-peace officer-demonstrable bodily harm. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $185 in fines. He received credit for 18 days served.
