VENTURA FOODS, LLC, a rapidly growing oil processor and manufacturer of margarines located in southern Minnesota, is hiring for the following positions:

2ND SHIFT QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Job duties will include routine testing of incoming product and analysis using established methods ensuring it meets specified quality levels. Prepare labs, perform calibrations, complete and audit paperwork, and perform weight control line audits. Must be able to work independently, able to successfully prioritize multiple tasks, and demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment.

PRODUCTION/SANITATION WORKER

Responsible for performing various functions in a fast-paced facility. Duties may include lifting, standing for long periods of time, and operating machinery in production area. Must be able to lift 60 pounds and the ability to work overtime as needed. Forklift experience and mechanical aptitude is a plus.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC

Responsible for making electrical adjustments and repairs to equipment and preventative maintenance on our rotating 12-hour evening shift. The successful candidate must be able to understand mechanical concepts, processes, and able to read blue prints. Ability to work flexible hours and independently is a must. Technical school degree or equivalent previous experience in electrical or electronics is preferred coupled with a mechanical background.
