As we turn the calendar to 2019, we wish a happy new year to everyone.

Our travels will again take a break during January and February and we  will hold our travel show in February with travel plans ready for 2019.

We are still promoting  two travel adventures for 2019.  March 7-18  will see us depart for a four island tour of Hawaii.

The islands include: Oahu, Kauai, Maui and Hawaii. You will get a chance to stay on each of these islands and experience their beautiful sunny beaches. Walk in the sand and enjoy the tropical ambiance and traditional luau complete with authentic food, music and dancing.

It will be everything Hawaiian, including Spam.

The second extended tour will be the best of Scandinavia, including Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

We will depart on July 10 for a 10-day tour.

We have included the remarkable cities of Stockholm, Bergen and Copenhagen.  Learn about vikings, Hans Christian Anderson and the “The Little Mermaid.”  We will have a scenic rail experience from Oslo to Myrdal aboard the Flam Railway.

Our trips are open to the public and if you would like a senior center newsletter, the cost is $24 per year.  Other newsletters will be available in February at the travel show.  That date will be set soon.
