The Riverland baseball team split a pair of games with Central Lakes in Waldorf University over the weekend.

The Blue Devils had their bats going as they lost 13-12 in eight innings and they bounced back with an 8-7 win.

Brad Morris went five-for-nine with three doubles and four RBIs over the two games for RCC (4-9 overall).

Austin grad Phillip Zynda  went two-for-seven with five RBIs over two games for Central Lakes and Southland grad Bret Matthews had one RBI in the win for Central Lakes (4-10 overall).
