The Annual Easter Event, which was held at Westminster Presbyterian Church of Austin on April 20, 2019, was a wonderful time for the community to enjoy together.  We are thankful for the support from the community of our event by not only over 325 people attending, but with generous donations from church members and groups as well.  We would also like to thank Hy-Vee, Sterling Main Street, Walgreens and Wal-Mart for their contributions given for our event.  All these generous gifts made this event a blessing for our community.

It was a warm beautiful morning that our guests enjoyed time hearing the Easter message from God’s Word.  Then, the families were excited to play carnival games and watch the puppet show by Jim Jayes while munching on a snack. We ended our morning fun with an egg hunt outside looking for over 1440 eggs!

Special thanks to volunteers for their hard work continuing to make this a fantastic tradition and to Jim Jayes for the awesome show.  We look forward to seeing you all again next year!
