The Blooming Prairie volleyball team lost to Randolph (1-0 overall) 25-20, 19-25, 25-20, 28-26, 15-11 in Randolph Thursday.

Heather Pirkl tallied her 1,000 career set assist for the Awesome Blossoms as she finished with 18 set assists and 13 digs.

BP played the match without Micalyn Trihus, who was gone for family reasons.
