The Lyle-Pacelli football team couldn’t overcome a slow start as it lost to Kingsland (1-5 overall) 14-6 in Kingsland Friday.

The Knights took a 6-0 lead in the first quarter on a 17-yard TD run by Devin Carr and Kingsland led 14-0 going into the fourth quarter.

L-P (1-5 overall) got on the board when Jed Nelson had a two-yard TD run in the fourth quarter.
