Bridge players competed on Nov. 12-13. On both days, all teams that placed, had scores within two points of the winners.

• Nov. 12: First place, Joyce Crowe and Millie Siever; second place, Larry Crowe and Bill Momsen; third place, Jim Fisher and Dave Ring; fourth place, Vandy Newman and Ron Peters; fifth place, Edna Knobbe and Kathy Leisen.

• Nov. 13: First place, Dave Ring and Orrin Roisen; second place (tie) Vandy Newman and Ron Peters, Lorraine Quinlivan and Paul Hanson and Bonnie Fritz and Loren Cleland; fifth place, Barb Engebretson and Eunice Michaelis; sixth place, Gail and Ray Schmidt

Both sessions are played at the Mower County Senior Center in Austin and new players are  welcome. They come from Adams, Rose Creek, Albert Lea, Austin and Mason City, Iowa. If you need information, call Joyce at 1-507-437-2750. She will find a player for you if you are not a regular. All are welcome and you do not need to be a member of the senior center to come and play.
