—Akalo Omot Abella, 23, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony violent felon in possession of firearm ammunition. She must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 60 months in prison. She received credit for nine days served.
—Kieth Eugene Anderon, 30, of Owatonna was sentenced to 52 months in prison for felony third-degree drugs – possess 10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin. He must pay $85 in fines.
—Colin Charles Belden, 21, of Austin was sentenced to 15 years of probation for felony third-degree criminal sexual conduct – victim 13-15 – actor more than 24 months older. He must follow several conditions and pay $635 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 48 months in prison. He received credit for seven days served.
—David Earl Brechtel, 65, of Austin was sentenced to 10 years of probation for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 60 months in prison. He received credit for 17 days served.
—Anthony Edd Chilson, 49, of Kasson was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor no proof of insurance. He must follow a few conditions and pay $300 in fines.
