Kelly Lynn Bentzin, 44, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety. She must follow a few conditions and pay $385 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
Jacob Scott Gardner, 23, of Burnsville was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI – under the influence of a controlled substance. He must perform 232 hours of community service, unless he complies with an interlock program within 90 days, follow several conditions and pay $620 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
Felipe Grimaldo, 24, of Austin was sentenced to two years of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. He must spend 18 days on electronic home monitoring, follow several conditions and pay $1,010 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for 12 days served.
Ryan James Hemker, 33, of St. Cloud was sentenced to 90 days in jail for gross misdemeanor check forgery – falsely endorse. He must pay $135.72 in restitution. He received credit for 90 days served.
Ana Maria Chavez Mendez, 21, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor false name to peace officer. She must follow a few conditions and pay $585 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail.
Ochan Omot Ochogi, 22, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor counterfeiting of currency – uttering or possessing. He must follow a few conditions and pay $200 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 90 days in jail.
Antwan Darcell Thomas, 45, of Austin was sentenced to five years of probation for felony theft – take/use/transfer movable property – no consent. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 19 months in prison. He received credit for 263 days served.
Laura Ann Tjomsland, 69, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor intent to escape motor vehicle registration tax. She must pay $385 in fines.
