Grand Meadow grad Rio Landers, a senior at the University of Northwestern in St. Paul earned a D1 Basketball Scholar Athlete honor recently.

Landers averaged 11.3 points and nine rebounds per game, while shooting 49 percent from the field in her final season with the Eagles 16-10 overall.
