During the second annual Chili Cook Off Fundraiser held by the American Legion Riders Chapter No. 56, the River Rats Car Club presented Albert Lea’s  Post No. 56 American Legion with a custom made Used Flag Drop Off Box. This is the seventh of eight boxes the car club has fabricated and then donated to area patriotic and veteran’s organizations. Now people in Albert Lea wishing to properly dispose of old flags will have the ability to drop them off at their own leisure next to the American Legion.
