Austin Public Schools has been working with community partners to offer meals to students during the upcoming school closures, according to a news release.

Both a bag lunch and a breakfast for the following day will be offered to all children ages 1-18, free of charge.

Buses will be at the locations listed from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, March 18-27. Every child will be provided with a bag lunch and a breakfast for the following day. Meals can be picked up by the student or a parent/guardian.

Bus locations: Banfield Elementary School, Neveln Elementary School, Southgate Elementary School, Sumner Elementary School, Woodson Kindergarten Center, Mandolin Apartments, Murphy’s Creek, Austin Park, Meadows West Apartments, Oakland Park, and City Limits Apartments.

Drive-up locations: Austin High School (Hastings Gym parking lot), I. J. Holton Intermediate School, and Palmer Bus Depot (409 11th St. NE).
