Grace A. (Bauers) Woodcox, 81, passed away on Thursday, April 23, 2020.

She was born July 31 ,1938, in Albert Lea, Minnesota, to the late William and Irene (Laack) Bauers.

She was a member of Columbus Avenue Church of Christ. She loved doing crafts and was a member of the White River Folk and Bluegrass Club.

She is survived by her husband, Woody Woodcox; daughter, Joan Phillips; sons, Paul, Wesley and Scott Branham; sister, Debra (Larry) Struck; brother, Herman (Meri) Bauers; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Norman and William Bauers; sister, Sharon Bates; and grandsons Ryan Phillips and Michael Branham.
