Minnesota exceeds 5K confirmed COVID-19 cases

The Minnesota Department of Health reported 492 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, bringing the total since March 6 to 5,136.
Of those cases, 365 were hospitalized Thursday, including 130 in intensive care, and 2,172 were out of isolation.
The MDH also reported 24 deaths, bringing Minnesota’s death toll to 343.
Mower County remains at 28 confirmed cases. it was last reported that 26 were out of isolation; however, it is unknown if that number ha changed because the MDH only reports that information when new cases are reported.
