—Kevin Jorge Barrera, 18, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor DWI – refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions and pay $610 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for four days served.
—Keith Laverne Bartlett Jr., 55, of Sargeant was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety. He must follow several conditions and pay $285 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 180 days in jail. He received credit for three days served. The sentence is concurrent to another case.
—Robert Edward Collins, 44, of Lino Lakes was sentenced to 32 months in prison for felony fourth-degree drugs – sale – schedule 1,2,3 – not marijuana. He must pay $1,085 in fines. The sentence is concurrent to another case.
—David Benjamin Vasey, 22, of Austin was sentenced to 21 months in prison for felony violate domestic abuse no contact order – within 10 years of two or more convictions. He must pay $85 in fines. He received a concurrent sentence of 15 months in prison for felony escape from custody. He must pay $85 in fines.
—Michael Joseph Vasquez, 29, of Austin was sentenced to three years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must perform 40 hours of community service, follow several conditions and pay $135 in fines. Failure to follow the conditions could result in 13 months in prison.
