Janette Pell Babbitt, 56, of Hemet, California, passed away May 26, 2020 of a sudden heart attack.

Jan grew up in Austin and graduated from Pacelli High School in 1982. After graduation she moved to California with her family. She loved Austin and came back often for visits with family and friends. Jan worked many years in various office jobs until she decided to pursue her career in health care and get her CNA license. She had a passion for caring for the elderly. She was an angel that helped several people cross over and pass peacefully. She was a very comforting and caring nurse.

Jan’s other focus in life was her family which she treasured and dearly loved. She was devoted to her daughter Tori who brought her much joy. She was a caring daughter and sister.  Jan also loved her pets.

She leaves behind her daughter Tori Babbitt, Hemet, CA, parents Donald and Margaret Pell, Hemet, CA, sister Cheri Pell, Moreno Valley, CA, sister Kim Gwilt, Austin, MN, brother Mark Bucksen, Idyllwild, CA, brother Gary Pell, Medford, OR, fiancée Steve Woodford, Hemet, CA and nephew Carson Schroeder, Orange County, CA. Preceded in death by sister Kathy Blanchard.
