Ciola and Serratore launch homers as Hounds pound out Winona

The Austin Greyhounds put on a solid hitting display as they topped Winona 14-1 in seven innings in Winona Wednesday night.
Alex Ciola crushed a solo home run to get the Hounds started in a five-run third inning and former Kansas State player Steve Serratore launched a three-run homer to break the game open in the fifth inning.
The Hounds (4-3 overall, 3-1 League play) are now 3-1 overall in league play and they will host the Rochester Roadrunners at 6 p.m. Sunday in Marcusen Park.
