Round two of our recent wintery weather is bringing more snow to the region and this time it’s looking to bring more substantial totals to the Austin area this weekend.

According to the National Weather Service Friday, snow is now mostly confined to Sunday, but instead of under an inch Austin is now predicted to received between three and five inches of snow. However, Austin also has a 60 percent chance of snow today with under a half inch expected.

The high temperature for today will be 36 and the low 30s for Saturday and Sunday.

Temperatures will dip into the mid-20s to start the week on Monday.
