— Duane Erle Calhoun, 36, Moose Lake, was sentenced to 42 months in prison for felony first degree DWI-refuse to submit to a breath test.
— Daniel Cano Vasquez, 36, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours.
