— Ryan Charles Ball, 38, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-body contains any amount of schedule I/II drugs-not marijuana. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Stephen Aaron Craig Brandt, 40, Albert Lea, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $200 for felony third degree burglary-steal/commit felony or gross misdemeanor. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 30 months in prison. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor violation of domestic abuse no contact order. He must follow conditions running concurrent to the previous conviction.
— Blake William Johnson, 29, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 324 days in jail. He was given credit for 40 days served.
— Christopher David Simmons, 41, Austin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony theft. He must follow several conditions.
— Tony Viramonh, 36, Austin, was sentenced to 15 months in prison for felony fifth degree drugs possession.
— Wendy Marie Bell, 54, Rochester, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. She must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Aidan Bebee Lauseng, 22, LeRoy, was sentenced to 144 months in prison for felony first degree criminal sexual conduct-penetration-victim under 16-significant relationship-multiple acts.
— Zeljko Nuhanvoic, 51, Grand Meadow, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow several conditions.
