Hearing at 7:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at the Lansing Township Hall, 26938 539 th Avenue, Lansing, MN 55950 to hear and make a recommendation regarding a request for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Buddhist Temple/Church, received from Theravada Buddhist Society of Minnesota Mr. Hteet Powl, President (Applicant). Site is in Section 31 Lansing Township Pin 08.031.0010 Address 3714 12 th Ave NW Austin, MN 55912
The Lansing Township Planning and Zoning Ordinance Article XI (“U-E”) Urban Expansion District requires a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for the uses listed.
