— Ty’Jhuan Davis Anderson, 24, MCF St. Cloud,  was sentenced to 23 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of electronic incapacitation device.

— Temaine Octavius Johnson, Sr., Minneapolis, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $200 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 174 days in jail. He was given credit for six days served.

— Blaine Edward Keller, 64, Chester, Iowa, was sentenced to seven years supervised probation for felony first degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 42 months in prison.
