— Eh Moo La Htoo, 23, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony first degree damage to property value reduced over $1,000. He must follow several conditions and pay $1,282.81 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 12 months and one day in prison.
— Trevor Ray Klingele, Jr., 19, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must follow several conditions.
— Joanna Gisselle Maldonado, 23, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor escape from custody. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 305 days in jail. She was given credit for 59 days served.
— Angel Miguel Diego, 22, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-operate a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 363 days in jail. He was given credit for one day served. Sentences are to run concurrently.

— Iladais Zarred, 25, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 176 days in jail. He was given credit for four days served.
— Amanda Marie Clinton, 36, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor fourth degree assault-physically assault a peace officer. She must follow several conditions.
— Oscar Eduardo Alfaro Pereira, 34, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served. Sentences are to run concurrently.
