— Larry David Alvarez, 43, Brownsdale, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for two counts of gross misdemeanor residential contractor-violation of commissioner order. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail. Sentences to run concurrently and he must pay $489 in restitution.
— Jenyang Samuel Gach, 22, Lyle, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served.
— Nyayul David Gash, 27, Garner, Iowa, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in four days served.
— Lee Thomas Huston, 33, Wells, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served.
— Jeremiah David Krebsbach, 35, Austin, was sentenced to 45 months in prison for felony third degree drugs-possessing 10 grams or more of a narcotic drug other than heroin. He was also sentenced to 66 months in prison for felony first degree DWI-operate a motor vehicle under influence of controlled substance. Sentences are to run concurrently.
— Roger Edwin White Laplante, 32, Duluth, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony threats of violence-reckless disregard risk. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison.
— Elizabeth Ellen Miland, 54, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. She was given credit for two days served.
— Sandra Salinas, 41, Albert Lea, was sentenced to 180 days in jail (151 days credit for time served) for gross misdemeanor check forgery. She was also sentenced to one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor fifth degree drugs possession. She must follow several conditions and pay $270 in restitution.
— Taylor Mitchel Spence, 33, Le Center, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $200 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 144 days in jail. He was given credit for 36 days served.
— Phillip Michael Fierova, 33, Dexter, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration of 08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 177 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served.
— Michael Dean Allgood, 56, Brownsdale, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions.
— Cody Lee Hanson, 36, Albert Lea, was sentenced to gross misdemeanor DWI – operate a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 311 days in jail. He was given credit for 53 days served.
– John Michael Thomforde, 36, Pine Island, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor theft-take/use/transfer movable prop-no consent. He must follow several conditions and pay $2,100.42 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
