— Kalewana Omot Abela, 24, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Tegjwok James Ogiol Agor, 33, St.Paul, was sentenced to four years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony fourth degree assault-throw/transfer bodily fluids or feces at or onto a peace officer. He must follow several conditions.
— Otor Gilo Cham, 53, Rochester, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation for gross misdemeanor-driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must not drive without a drivers license and insurance.
— Daniel Garcia, 43, Harlingten, Texas, was sentenced to 18 months and 21 months in prison for two felony counts of violating harassment restraining order. He was also sentenced to 27 months in prison for felony third degree drugs sale. He must also pay $3,592 in fees. The sentences run concurrently.
— Israelia Lee Robinson, 41, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor fifth degree drugs possession. He must follow several conditions.
— Nathaniel Isaiah Rojas, 26, Rochester, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $200 for felony second degree drugs sale of 10 grams or more of a narcotic other than heroin within a 90 day period. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 117 months in prison.
— Cody Orvin Rowe, 21, Albert Lea, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony harassment; restraining order-violate within 10 years of first of two previous domestic violence convictions/adjudicated. He must followed several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison.
— Staci Rugg, 51, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions.
— Jeb Lee Surritt, 38, Rochester, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions.
— Scott Charles Voogd, 36, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and find $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Matthew NMN Hernandez, 25, Austin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony third degree drugs sales of a narcotic. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 21 months in prison.
— James Anthony Thurmes, 58, Waltham, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $350 for gross misdemeanor driving restrictions-alcohol/controlled substances violation. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 354 days in jail.
