— Jenyang Samuel Gach, 22, Lyle, was sentenced to one years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 361 days in jail. He was given credit for three days served.
— Matthew Michael Lewis, 37, Rochester, was sentenced to 95 months in prison for felony second degree drugs sale – 10 grams for more – a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period. He was also sentenced to 364 days in jail for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-any amount of a schedule I/II drugs/metabolite; not cannabis/hemp. He was given credit for 109 days served. Sentences are to run concurrently.
— Reed Alan Brown-Gmahl, 28, Mora, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-body contains any amount schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.
— James Patrick Leonard, 64, Albert Lea, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony first degree DWI-operate a motor vehicle-body contains any amount schedule I/II drugs. He was also sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $900 for felony first degree DWI-body contains any amount of a schedule I/II drugs. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 36 and 42 months in prison respectively. Sentences are to run concurrently.
— Phillip Earl Bartlett, 56, Woodstock, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for felony fifth degree drugs possession schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He was also sentenced to 364 days (167 days credit for time served) for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. Sentences are to run concurrently.
— Terry Miller, 61, Lyle, was sentenced to one years unsupervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Eve Jennings Taalak, 40, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
— Meagan Frances Webb, 43, Austin, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation for gorss misdemeanor second degree DWI-refuse to submit to blood or urine test as required by search warrant. She was also sentenced to one year unsupervised probation for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-under the influence of a controlled substance. She was also sentenced to one year of unsupervised probation for felony first degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000.
