— Andreas Andon, 42, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
— April Taylor Arends, 29, Rochester was sentenced to one year supervised probation for felony first degree burglary-possess dangerous weapon/explosive. She must follow several conditions and pay $4,950 in restitution. She was also sentenced to one year supervised probation for felony aiding an offender-obstructing investigation.
— Alexander Paul Brody, 36, Rochester, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result 171 days in jail. He was given credit for nine days served.
