— Victor John Abrego, 70, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Richard Dominguez, 51, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor interfere with an emergency call. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 302 days in jail. He was given credit for 62 days served.
— Terrion Diamonta Hobson, 22, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony third degree drugs sale-narcotic. He must follow several conditions.
— Eh Moo La Htoo, 24, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs possession Schedule 1,2,3,4 – not small amount of marijuana. She must follow several conditions. She was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $100 for felony first degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000. She must follow several conditions and pay $1,282 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 12 months and one day in prison.
— Me’darian Ledale McGruder, 29, Austin, was sentenced to 386 months in prison for felony second degree murder-with intent not premeditated. He must also pay $6,482.23 in restitution. He was also sentenced to 60 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. Sentences to run concurrently.
— Donald Patrick Hayes, 61, Spring Valley, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Chad Alvin Nagel, 42, Albert Lea, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
