The passing of our Aunt Garnet Butler was especially hard for us but we would like to tell you all about the exceptional care that she received in her later years.

First was her approximately three year stay at the South Grove Lodge Facility.

We would like to express our gratitude and thanks for her exceptional care she received there. She was treated with respect and all of her needs were taken care of. A special thanks goes out to the administration staff and the nursing, food service and maintenance staff for their outstanding care and service that they showed her in her declining years.

To the Mayo Hospital of Austin, a thank you to all of the doctors, nursing staff and our special social worker that helped in her care and transition into her next care steps of life.

To the Cedars of Austin facility that opened their doors to Aunt Garnet on her last days with us. From the administration staff to the nurses in the Memory Care unit, thank you for caring for our loved one on her final days and for the easy transition into your facility.

Finally, with great gratitude to the Mayo Hospice staff that helped with the very short transition from her last facility and onto heaven. Thank you for the guidance, support, and love that you showed us during this very difficult time period in our lives.

Again, thank you all again for your exceptional care and love you showed to our loved one.
