On Wednesday the Meadow Greens – Ramsey Ladies Golf Club played a round of 2-Lady Best Shot. Members paired up, averaged their handicaps and took half of the team handicap off the front nine and the other half off the back nine for net scores. Players teed off, chose the best shot of the two, and both members hit their second shots from there. Play continued in this format through to the cup.

Front nine winners were Barb Ruhter and Nancy Wesely shooting a 26, and Patty Shatek and Carmel Taylor with a 30 (tie broken by handicap hole). On the back nine, the team of Ann Christianson and Sandy May took a win with a 29, and Pat Busker and Mary Jo Swoboda scored a win with a 30.
