— Kelijah Cashae Greene, 20, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $250 for gross misdemeanor DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Adam Ly Haas, 32, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor receiving stolen property. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 311 days in jail. He was given credit for 53 days served.

— Michael Anthony Pittman, 51, Austin, was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation and fined $100 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 156 days in jail. He was given credit for 24 days served.

— Agustin Valentin Tellez, 30, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony simple robbery. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs-possession. He must follow several conditions. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $200 for gross misdemeanor possess ammo/any firearm-user of controlled substance. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 341 days in jail. He was given credit for 23 days served.

— Logan Carlyle Cox, 28, Austin, was sentenced to 180 days in jail and sentenced to $50 for gross misdemeanor criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm-leave scene of collision. He must follow conditions. He was given credit for 180 days served.

— Meekaala Zenaida Reynolds, 30, Albert Lea, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI – alcohol concentration .08 within two hours and two agg factors. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.

— Jared Roger Jacobson, 56, Grand Meadow, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Robert Martin Stier, 46, Grand Meadow, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor third degree DWI-operate motor vehicle-any amount schedule I/II drugs/metabolite. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.

— Michael Joseph Winkels, 58, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation for felony fifth degree drugs – possess schedule 1,2,3,4 – not small amount of marijuana. He must follow several conditions. He was also sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony first degree burglary-possess dangerous weapon. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 48 months in prison.

— Alexander Steven Arens, 39, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 88 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

— Amanda Kay Castle, 38, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours. She must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. She was given credit for two days served.

— Jesse Dean Kranz, 39, Alden, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate motor vehicle-any amount schedule I/II drugs/metabolite; not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.

— Peter Mee, 33, Austin, was sentenced to 156 months in prison for felony first degree criminal sexual conduct-sexual penetration of person under 13 years of age; 36 months in prison for felony second degree criminal sexual conduct-victim under 13; 91 months in prison for felony second degree criminal sexual conduct-victim under 13 and 140 months for felony second degree criminal sexual conduct-victim under 13. Sentences are to run concurrently.

— Adam Alan Penhollow, 48, Albert Lea, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony short-barrel shotgun – own, possess, operate short-barrel shotgun. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison.
