— Speranta Dumitru, 35, Kent, Washington, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony theft-take/use/transfer movable property-no consent. She must follow several conditions.
— Andrea Verle Schmitt, 55, Shakopee, was sentenced to 12 months and one day in prison for felony fifth degree drugs possession.
— Brady Scott Thurneau, 25, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 150 days in jail. He was given credit for 30 days served.
— James Douglas Bruggemann, 39, Austin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation and fined $1,000 for felony terroristic threats-reckless disregard. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 12 months and one day in prison.
