— Joe Lewis Castaneda, 23, Austin, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for first degree damage to property-value reduced over $1,000. He must follow several conditions and pay $14,525.47 in restitution.

— William Arthur Clennon, 40, Blooming Prairie, was sentenced to four years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison.

— Demetrius Lewis, 42, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure  to do so could result in 180 days in jail.

— Tyrell Allen Weigel, 22, Austin, was sentenced to 92 months in prison for felony second degree drugs sale-10 grams or more – a narcotic other than heroin/fentanyl within 90 days. He was also sentenced to 60 months in prison for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. Sentences are to run concurrently.

— Christopher John Marcks, 32, Rochester, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions and pay $6,830 in restitution. Failure to do so could result in 15 months in prison. He also was sentenced to five year supervised probation for felony domestic assault. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 18 months in prison.

— Dwight David Blanchard, 45, Albert Lea, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $50 for felony DWI-refuse to submit to a chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 54 months in prison.

— Zachary Michael Meyer, 33, Faribault, was sentenced to 16 months in prison for felony predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement.

— Kyle Ralph Murphy, 40, Elgin, was sentenced to 25 years supervised probation and fined $1,000 for felony second degree sexual conduct-significant relationship-victim under 16-force. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 90 months in prison.
