Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

This past week our motor coach travelers spent four days on a return trip to Branson, Missouri and the Silver Dollar City, located near Branson, where the living is easy.

There was a fall festival with family friendly fun. The fall theme had us seeing many pumpkins and more. A circular 50 foot tree made with pumpkins, squash and similar garden plants greeted us as we arrived in the Ozarks. An amusement park for the whole family.

The smell of many homemade candies, bar-b-que and goodies to tempt you in Ozark style.

We were able to take in six country shows, with one on the Branson Belle Cruise. A first for us was the recently opened Paula Deen restaurant. Although, she was not there, her southern  style of entertainment was there.

Oct. 2: Celebration Belle River Cruise on the Mississippi River for a three and a half hour cruise. We will be departing from the southwest corner of Walmart at 7 a.m. Loading will be 20 minutes earlier.

We are full  with a waiting list only. Our motorcoach will take us to Prairie Du Chein, Wiconsin to load on this deluxe paddle wheeler. This four deck boat will have music entertainment on two levels, including a greeting of their famous pecan rolls and a delicious buffet.  This is a narrated trip and available seating is on the top deck with souvenirs. It is  always a good idea to bring a warm jacket.

Return time will be about 6:15 p.m.

Oct. 3: 2 p.m. will be the departure meeting for the Greece tour. This meeting will be held with last minute plans for all those signed for this trip. Our tour representative will be there with information.

Dec. 29-Jan. 2, 2025: Tournament of Roses Parade, including a gala New Years Eve Party. Will also include tours of Pasadena Float Building and the Ronald Reagan Library. Reserved seating. As busy a schedule as you would like to see in California.  Please call 507-438-3946. for more info.

Our tours are open to the public. Travel office is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday if we are not on a tour.
