Former Austin head boys basketball coach Kris Fadness will be inducted into the Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association Hall of Fame at 2 p.m. Oct. 26 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Minneapolis.
Fadness led the Packers to the Class AAA state title game in 2013, 2014 and 2017 and he won a Class A state title while coaching Caledonia in 1997.

Fadness also compiled over 400 wins in Austin and over 500 wins in his coaching career.
