The Austin volleyball team took second place in the first Austin Invitational Saturday.

The Packers lost to Red Wing 25-23, 25-20 in the title game. Austin beat Waseca 22-25, 25-18, 16-14, it topped Faribault 25-14, 25-18 and it beat Albert Lea 25-9, 19-25, 15-8.

Quinn Osgood had 36 kills and 35 digs for the Packers (9-7 overall) and Haleigh Holman had 53 set assists.
