— Calvin Richard Brown, 34, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor violation of domestic abuse no contact order. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 338 days in jail. He was given credit for 26 days served.
— Samuel Isaiah Garza, 35, Austin, was sentenced to five years supervised probation and fined $500 for felony DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; breath or test refusal or failure. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 54 months in prison.
— Daniel Eugene Johnson, 32, St. Ansgar, Iowa, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Kapi Komony Kuki, 22, Austin, was sentenced to two years supervised probation for felony fleeing a peace officer in motor vehicle. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $50 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety. He must follow conditions. Failure to do so could result in 336 days in jail. He was given credit for 28 days served.
— Paranath Buony Lam, 22, Fargo, North Dakota, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle-alcohol concentration .08 within two hours. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 180 days in jail.
— Leonardo Vincente Pelico, 33, of Storm Lake, Iowa, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor DWI-operate a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 178 days in jail. He was given credit for two days served.
— Kokou Elom Sanvee, 34, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation and fined $300 for gross misdemeanor interfere with emergency call. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 172 days in jail. He was given credit for eight days served.
— Francisco Jose Guerrero, 23, Albert Lea, was sentenced to three years supervised probation for felony fifth degree possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions.
— Edbin Jose Coreas, 29, Austin, was sentenced to 60 months in prison and fined $50 for felony violent felon in possession of a firearm. He was also sentenced to 365 days in for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test of blood or urine as required by search warrant. He was given credit for 365 days served.
— Logan Joseph Donovan, 25, Austin, was sentenced to one year supervised probation for gross misdemeanor fifth degree possess schedule 1,2,3,4 or paraphernalia residual-not cannabis/hemp. He must follow several conditions. He was also sentenced to two years supervised probation and fined $500 for gross misdemeanor second degree DWI-refuse to submit to chemical test; blood or urine as required by search warrant. He must follow several conditions. Failure to do so could result in 364 days in jail.
— William John Eklund, 18, Lyle, was sentenced to 53 months in prison for felony dissemination of pornographic work-registered predatory offender. He was also sentenced to 24 months in prison for felony possess pornographic work; registered predatory offender. Sentences are to run concurrently.

— Bobbie-Jo Marie Perrault, Mapleton, Minnesota, 38, was sentenced to 91 days in jail for gross misdemeanor false name to police officer. She was given credit for 91 days served.
